Return & Refund Policy

Returns
If you’re looking to return or exchange your product(s) for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of your purchase. You may return your product for store credit, exchange it for another product, or a refund to the original payment method. You must have a receipt for proof of purchase and item must be in new to almost new condition, other criteria may have to be met at the time of return. Purple Peake does not accept returns or give refunds due to improper use or mishandling of products, please read all instructions and procedures of care before using your product.

Refunds
Your refund will be processed immediately once it arrives at our facility. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to be completed, although in most cases it will not take that long. If your refund is not received after 2 weeks please contact sales@purplepeake.com so we may help resolve the issue as quick as possible. If your return is missing items or damaged you may only be given a partial refund.

Exchanges
If your item is incorrect, defective, or damaged upon arrival; we will exchange your item at no additional cost to you.

Changes to Return & Refund Policy
Purple Peake reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms under which this Return & Refund Policy is offered. The most current version of the Terms of this policy will supersede all previous versions.
Purple Peake encourages you to periodically review the Terms to stay informed of our updates.
